About Us
~ WHO WE ARE ~
We are an evolving network of individuals and organizations, with no political
or religious affiliations, dedicated to supporting the creation of integrated, sustainable communities through
the healing and transcending of personal losses. Founded in 2005 by Teresita M. Fawcett, who spent time in two
African orphanages as an infant and a young child, “What If… (Un)LTD” brings together the necessary sensitivity
and skills to support our mission.
We believe our vision is how we envision the world to be and our mission is our part in making that happen.
~ OUR FOUNDER ~
Teresita Fawcett is a Cultural Anthropologist who holds an M.A. in Public Policy
from DePaul University, Chicago Illinois. Ms Fawcett is a Trainer, Facilitator and a certified Grief Recovery
Specialist from the Grief Recovery Institute. She came to this field as a result of experiencing firsthand
the benefits of using the techniques of this program to deal with losses and transformations in her own life.
Currently, Ms. Fawcett lives in USA, where she has created / co-created and facilitated numerous personal growth
workshops for men, women and children from many walks of life. In 2005 Ms Fawcett founded the organization
“What if…(Un) LTD”, which is an evolving network of individuals and organizations, with no political or religious
affiliations, dedicated to supporting the creation of integrated, sustainable communities through the healing and
transcending of personal losses. Ms. Fawcett was born in Rhodesia (now known as Zimbabwe). She spent much of her
childhood learning about the diversity of places she lived, including two stays in two different orphanages: one
at birth and again at the age of eight. She has lived on three continents and in several countries. It is from
her personal experiences and the healing work that she has done that she garners her passion and wisdom in
doing this work.
